Most registered respiratory therapists pursuing the Bachelor of Health Science (BHS) in Respiratory Therapy online may not be required to complete additional clinical coursework. However, if a clinical practice deficiency is identified from the preliminary transcript audit or from the Validation of Clinical Experience Form, clinical practice sites may be arranged for each student in their own geographic area with local hospitals. These experiences are designed to provide a well-rounded look at practices that complement and extend the student's knowledge and skills.
