The Bachelor of Health Science in Respiratory Therapy degree completion program at the University of Missouri-Columbia requires validation of clinical experience. A component of the Online Degree Completion Application process requires verification of a minimum of one year post graduation work experience specifically in the critical care clinical setting. Please download the Verification of Clinical Experience Form to give to your supervisor for completion. Once the form is complete, it is the supervisor's responsibility to mail the validation form back to the RT Degree Completion Admissions Committee. You may download and distribute more than one form if needed in order to assure the minimum clinical experience requirements. (Adobe Acrobat is required to open these documents.) 	Ask two (2) people to provide a reference (one must come from your current RC supervisor, manager, or medical director)
