The SHP Staff Recognition Committee was created with the goal of developing and implementing a SHP Staff Recognition program. This program is to help create a culture of communication, respect, appreciating, courtesy, fun, and increase interaction between the entire SHP family of staff and faculty. The program is designed to increase morale through win-win systems and create a culture that will define SHP as progressive and an enjoyable work place. While the committee will create many events for the entire SHP family their charge is to help SHP Staff feel recognized and appreciated.
