This section contains information on three topics: Environmental Justice (EJ), Environmental Education (EE) programs, and Environmental Justice Through Pollution Prevention Grants (EJP2).
EPA grant writing tutorial (created in 1998) is online at: http://www.epa.gov/grtlakes/seahome/grants.html Interactive software tool walks the user through the grant-writing process and helps them learn to write more competitive grants. The program includes:

  • how to complete a grant application package;
