Research Interests:
- Research Assistant with the "Exercise Specificity for Physical Frailty" project which looks at the specific effects of selected exercise interventions (flexibility, balance, weight-training or aerobic exercise) for the modification of physical frailty in adults over 75 years of age.
- Research Assistant with the "Feet First" project. The overall goal of this study is to determine whether a "lifestyle" physical activity intervention, can be used to safely increase moderate-intensity physical activity among people with diabetes and insensate feet.
