Thomas Martin, PsyD, ABPP

Dr. Thomas Martin

Thomas Martin, PsyD, ABPP, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Psychology. He is currently the Chief Psychologist at the Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mount Vernon, Mo. He is Board Certified in Clinical Neurospychology and Rehabilitation Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Martin received a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Ill. He completed a one-year internship at Saint Luke's Hospital in Racine, Wisconsin, and a two-year residency in Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Martin's research and clinical interests have focused on the assessment and treatment of disabling and chronic health conditions. Professionally, Dr. Martin serves on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Missouri and he is a member of the Social and Ethical Responsibility Committee of APA's Division of Rehabilitation Psychology, and the Education Committee of the National Academy of Neuropsychology.
