Dr. John Mahalik

John Mahalik, PhD, MPA, is a MARRTC Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Health Psychology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He received his doctorate in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Applied-Experimental Psychology in 2001 from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and his masters in Public Administration (May 2004) from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His research interests include vocational rehabilitation and occupational health psychology with concentrations in improving employability for persons suffering from arthritis and assessing service needs for survivors of traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the state of Missouri.
