Kelly Lora Franklin, PhD, is a postdoctoral resident in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology at the Department of Health Psychology in the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Health Professions. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in psychology and anthropology in 2000. She received her master’s degree in psychology and doctoral degree in clinical psychology (emphasis in health psychology) at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She completed her clinical internship with the Missouri Health Sciences Psychology Consortium in August 2006. Her research interests include psychosocial adjustment and coping to traumatic injury/illness, posttraumatic growth, positive psychology, health-related interventions, neuropsychological assessment, and vocational rehabilitation.
