Post-Test Information
Directions: Please read the information provided. You may choose which format to use for your test. Once the test is completed, you may email your answers or print and mail your answers to the address provided.
Please send a check or money order made payable to University of Missouri-Columbia to:

A check or money order may be mailed along with your answers if you choose the print and mail option.
A certificate of completion for the course will be emailed in a PDF or mailed to the participant upon completion of the Post-Test (please designate the format in which to receive your certificate) and payment is received. If the participant does not pass the test, he/she may repeat the course at no charge (these instructions will be emailed along with the test results, if needed). Certificates will not be issued until payment is received.
