Vicky Tsinnijinnie Lomay, M.C., is a predoctoral psychology intern with the MU Department of Health Psychology/Missouri Health Sciences Psychology Consortium. She is a student in the counseling psychology program at Arizona State University (ASU). She has a masters degree in counseling, and a bachelors degree in special education, both from ASU. Her current research interests center on mental healthcare among American Indians, racial/ethnic identity, and multicultural/cross-cultural psychology. Vicky completed a 3-year tenure as a Ford Foundation Predoctoral Minority Fellow, during which she completed and defended her dissertation, The American Indian college student: an intersection of identity, education, and racism. She has been involved in several professional organizations, and is the graduate student liaison for the Society of Indian Psychologists.
