Brian StoutBrian J. Stout, B.S., B.A., a three-year master's degree student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, works as a graduate research/teaching assistant this year with the Missouri Model Spinal Cord Injury System (MOMSCIS). Stout has worked with MOMSCIS since August of 2002 and continues to assist Kris Hagglund, Ph.D., Principal Investigator of MOMSCIS and Associate Dean for the School of Health Professions (SHP), prepare for his teaching duties for SHP. His duties at MOMSCIS include assisting the team in developing research models, as well as helping to draft and edit manuscripts for publication in professional journals. Stout has a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences with a Minor in chemistry. He began a dual master's program in health administration and business administration in the fall of 2002.
