Nicole Backerman, B.A., earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Missouri Southern State College in 1998. She began working as a Psychology Technician at the Missouri Rehabilitation Center in 2000. In addition to her role as a psychometrician, Nicole has been involved in several research studies. Most recently, she has assisted in the collection and analysis of data for the Fail Safe Medication Management System Design Study.
